*Refund Policy - Refunds gladly accepted for any reason if you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for the refund, you must have not completed the course and printed out your final certificate (which is required to take the PMP exam or receive you PDU credits)
*Pass Guarantee Details - We stand 100% behind our product. If you complete our GOLD course or higher, and fail to pass the PMP® exam, simply contact us with your details and a copy of your test results. We can give you a full refund, or provide continued course access or extra materials to help you pass the exam. You must take the PMP® exam within 15 days of completing your course, and send in a request for refund within 30 days of completing your course, in order to qualify for the refund. Completing the course is defined as the day your certificate of completion was issued.
Many have asked why we only offer the Pass Guarantee on our Gold course? This course is the minimum level of training that we think is necessary for most people to pass the PMP exam. However, we offer our Basic Course as an economical option for people who wish to study and work hard on their own time. We also offer the option to upgrade to the Gold course at any time for a small fee, contact us for details.
